It’s Mental Health Awareness Week, and a good reminder that while talking about mental health matters, taking action matters too (even small actions).

Our Life in the Law 2025 research shows many people are struggling with anxiety, long hours and heavy workloads, with some thinking about leaving their roles or even the sector. But we know that taking small actions to look after yourself and others can make things feel more manageable.
