Delivered by Trish McLellan, Director of Engagement and Niamh Warnock, Engagement and Relationship Manager (both non-practising solicitors), this session gave attendees the opportunity to reflect on the conversations and interactions they navigate every day at work. The session was relevant to everyone across the legal sector.
Work relationships with colleagues and clients can sometimes be complicated and challenging. This session explored how emotions affect our work and our interactions. The practical tools shared helped attendees to boost confidence, respond with empathy, keep healthy boundaries and know when and how to escalate concerns.
