Spotlight on relationships at work

Webinar
Tuesday 8 October 2024
12.30pm to 1.30pm

As part of World Mental Health Day, Lawsight will be offering a free, online, practical webinar which puts the spotlight on relationships at work and how they might be impacting our mental health.

Three people, a man and two women, engaged in a discussion in a professional setting. The woman in the middle, with grey hair and glasses, is smiling and listening attentively. The group appears to be working together on a project, with a laptop open in front of them.

LawCare will introduce the webinar, and Lawsight, a team of psychotherapists with a background in the legal profession, will run it.

In this webinar, we will draw on research, as well as (neuro)scientific and psychological theories, to explore the root causes of the often complex dynamics of workplace relationships. The webinar will also provide insights into how these dynamics may present themselves in our interactions and how we can best navigate them.
